Official Rules

This promotion is sponsored by Dreamworkz Garage LLC.

The promotion begins on May 16, 2026 and is scheduled to end on May 16, 2027 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

The promotion may end earlier if the maximum number of entries, currently set at 5,000 total entries, is reached before the scheduled end date.

The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion period if necessary to preserve the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the promotion.

All online entries must be received before the promotion closes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the promotion closes and received within a reasonable time thereafter to be eligible.

No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Free and paid entries have equal odds of winning.

Open only to legal residents of the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, agents, representatives, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of the Sponsor, or any person directly involved in the administration of this promotion, may be ineligible where required by law or Sponsor policy.

Eligible participants may enter by purchasing qualifying products, offers, or packages through the Dreamworkz Garage website during the promotion period.

The number of entries associated with each offer will be shown on the applicable product, package, or checkout page.

Paid entries are subject to all other eligibility and rule requirements stated on this page.

To receive one free entry without purchase, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, and complete mailing address on a 3" x 5" postcardand mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked before May 16, 2027 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, or before the promotion closes if the entry cap is reached earlier, and received within a reasonable time thereafter to be eligible.

Limit one free mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope, unless otherwise required by law. Duplicate, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Free and paid entries are treated equally. Purchasing will not improve the odds of winning.

Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The drawing will be conducted after the promotion closes, unless the Sponsor announces a different timeline in advance.

The potential winner may be contacted by email, phone, Instagram, and/or other reasonable means based on the contact information available to the Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial contact attempt, unless a different response period is required by law.

The potential winner may be required to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before being confirmed as the official winner.

If a selected entrant is found ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to complete required documents, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

The confirmed winner may also be announced publicly, including on Instagram Live, after verification.

The prize is one Honda EK Hatchback in Championship White, equipped with a K20 engine, electric power steering, and air conditioning, as more fully described on the giveaway page and related promotional materials.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is estimated at $10,000.

The actual value of the prize may vary based on market conditions, vehicle condition, modifications, and other factors at the time of transfer. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, licensing fees, registration fees, insurance, transportation, pickup, delivery, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Sponsor in writing.

The prize is awarded as is, without any representation or warranty except where required by law.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering and/or accepting the prize, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, city, state, likeness, image, voice, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation.

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, using fraudulent methods, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, delayed, illegible, or postage-due entries, nor for technical, hardware, software, network, platform, service, or communications failures that may affect participation.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or void the promotion if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website, manipulate the entry process, falsify eligibility, interfere with other entrants, or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law for any such conduct.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the administration of the promotion, order fulfillment, entrant verification, prize administration, and related communications, subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
